Application for The Nanny Payroll Service

I would like to use The Nanny Payroll Service for the calculation of payments to my Nanny, and to comply with Inland Revenue and Contributions Agency requirements, in accordance with the terms and conditions.

...I prefer the weekly service at £250 for one years service for one employee (incl VAT).

If both parties to a nanny share enroll with The Nanny Payroll Service the annual fee is reduced to £150 each for the monthly service, £220 if weekly. Please delete weekly or monthly

Additional employees may be included for £100 per annum for the weekly service and £80 per annum on the monthly service.

An invoice will be sent on receipt of this application.

I understand that should I cancel the service, other than for failure on your part, there is a minimum charge of £50, and any refunds will be on a time basis, excluding the minimum charge.
